With a sophisticated and versatile manufacturing facility, the blend plant situated at Gateway Industrial Park, Centurion, City of Tshwane, is able to manufacture products ranging from simple circulating oils to invert emulsions. Automated batching facilities enables oil to be blended in batches ranging from 1000L to 16000L.
All oils manufactured by Viscol are tested by an independent laboratory, WearCheck Africa, before dispatch. Finished products carry a batch number and a sample of each blend is taken and archived as per ISO 9001:2015 specifications.
Dispensing of lubricants is automated and dispatched in 20lt, 210lt and 1000lt IBCs.
